We do this in order to tailor our communication for that individual.

Log Files:

We use visitor's IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The TAS Group occasionally matches these IP addresses to publicly available company IP registries, and The TAS Group may contact visiting companies to discuss potential interest in our company. IP addresses that we collect are not linked to personally identifiable information.

The TAS Group takes precautions to protect data and information under its control from misuse, loss or alteration. The TAS Group maintains security measures to allow only the appropriate personnel access to your information. Unfortunately, no system can ensure complete security, and The TAS Group disclaims any liability resulting from use of the Site. In addition, our Site is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

Hosted Data from Customers of The TAS Group:

The TAS Group delivers a hosted software solution to our customers. Our customers may collect personal information from their customers or prospects that resides in The TAS Group data servers at our Hosting Partner sites. This data is owned and maintained by each customer, not by The TAS Group. As such, The TAS Group makes no claims concerning the privacy policies or Safe Harbor commitments of our customers concerning their data.

Links to Third-Party Sites:

The Site contains links to other Web Sites. The TAS Group is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other Web Sites. Visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others Web Sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
