General Tracking Information:

We track this information on a named-user basis in the client and partner logged-in areas of the site only. Navigation through all other areas of the site are tracked anonymously. We do not track your IP address. We use the information gathered to better understand our clients’ needs and improve our site, by making it more responsive to the needs and preferences of our users. At no time is the information used to send you marketing or other material.

Personal Information:
As a client of The TAS Group, you will be provided with a login name and password which you can use to access our client portal. This login name and password will be matched to your personal profile which you can review and edit online.

As a partner, you will be provided with a login name and password which you can use to access our partner portal. This login name and password will be matched to your personal profile which you can review and edit online at any time.

When you opt to contact us by email, we will use the information you provide us with to respond to your inquiry or comments. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

How we use your Information

We only ever use the information you provide to us for the purpose it was provided. We will not, at any time, share any of this information with any third party.

How you can have your information removed from our records

Any information you provide when you send us an email will be automatically deleted within 3 months of our resolving your issue
If you would like us to delete your details in advance of 3 months, please contact us by email, phone or postal mail and we will delete your details within 3 working days.

As a client or partner of The TAS Group, your details will be held in our secure database. You can review and update these details at any time through the client login or partner login section of our site.
If you would like to have your details removed from our records entirely, please contact us by email, phone or postal mail and we will delete your details within 3 working days.

We operate a strict opt-in policy. That means that we will not send you any information unless you have requested it, or unless someone, who we will identify, has requested that we pass that information on to you, such as the "refer a friend" mechanism.. If you are not a current client or partner of the TAS Group, we do not retain your details for future communications.
