Sales Process Optimization (‘SPO’).  We work with you to deliver an optimized sales process that unlocks your customer’s buying process to help you create value for your customer and win more sales.  This enables your sales people to perform more effective qualification, early in the sales cycle, and take control of the opportunity since your sales process is now aligned with customer’s buying process.  SPO yields standardized sales stages and a common view and approach to opportunities, and provides the base for the integration of best practice methodologies and activities.

Virtual and Face-to-face Workshops

Virtual workshops are included with Dealmaker when the system is first deployed. Customers can also invest in additional Dealmaker Application and Reinforcement workshops run by our sales performance experts.  These can either be virtual, delivered in webinar form, or else face-to-face. Customers can opt to have refresher sessions on the sales methodologies or elect to get consulting input on specific Account and/or Opportunity plans.
