Senior Partner, Bay Area

Job Description

The TAS Group is looking for a Senior Partner to become part of a dynamic team focused on accelerating our clients’ revenue growth by improving sales effectiveness.

This includes both selling and managing client relationships to generate revenue and client satisfaction. Requirements include understanding the customer’s business problem, defining a solution, developing a proposal for the implementation of the solution, presenting the solution to the client, negotiating pricing and delivery of the solution.

The TAS Group solutions include sales methodologies, software tools and consulting services. This position is responsible for the entire client life cycle from opportunity identification through implementation and repeat sales.

Note: This position will be based in the West Coast/Bay Area, so only candidates already living in this area should apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand, position, and sell the full portfolio of The TAS Group offerings including software to enterprise accounts to help our clients accelerate revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of opportunities in TTG Dealmaker software maintained in our SFDC CRM system.
  • Provide accurate forecasts as required by The TAS Group management by keeping your opportunities up to date in Dealmaker.
  • Attain trusted advisor status with key accounts; develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Assemble and lead teams of both employees and Independent Consultants to create and win opportunities and then to coordinate delivery of those solutions in key accounts.
  • Effectively lead and execute the selling process including the solution development, proposals, Statements of Work, negotiation, and contracting steps.
  • Ensure successful delivery and utilization of the solutions sold to enterprise accounts, and that all accounts are referenceable and loyal.
  • Develop follow-on revenue opportunities from both current and future client initiatives.
