Board of Directors

Tom Dolan (Chairman)

Thomas J. Dolan recently retired from Xerox as senior vice president of Global Accounts Integration after 39 years of service.  In previous roles at Xerox, he served as president of Xerox Global Account Operations, a position he has held since April 2007. Dolan also served as corporate senior vice president. He joined Xerox in 1970 as a sales representative in Philadelphia and has since held a range of sales and general management positions. Before being named president of Global Account Operations, Dolan served as president of Xerox Global Services since 2002. Previously, he served as president of the Global Solutions Group from 2000 - 2001, where he was responsible for all of the corporation's production printing, publishing and color product development. He was also responsible for the business teams that developed and marketed industry solutions. In 1999, Dolan was named president of the North American Solutions Group. Before assuming that position, he served as president of Xerox Business Services, the company's document outsourcing business. Dolan was also vice president, major account marketing, for Xerox's U.S. Customer Operations from 1988 to 1992.  Dolan earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Manhattan College and he attended Brooklyn Law School. He is also chairman of the Board of INROADS, Inc., a nonprofit organization that develops and places minority youth in business and industry and prepares them for corporate and community leadership.

Donal Daly (CEO)

Donal is a founder of the TAS group of companies, which is his fifth global business enterprise. Donal also started Software Development Tools which was acquired by Wall Data (NASDAQ: WALL) after which he was Vice President for Europe. He was founder of NewWorld Commerce, an on-demand emarketing company that was acquired by IQ Commerce. He was also founder of The Customer Respect Group - an online research company, and additionally is founder of Select Strategies - a strategic sales and marketing consulting company. Donal is author of four books including the best selling Select Selling Sales Fieldbook. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from University College Cork in Ireland.

Aine Denn (COO)

Aine brings 18 years experience in operations, customer service, and business development to the TAS group of companies. Prior to the company, as VP International Business at The SCO Group (NASDAQ: SCOX), Aine had operational responsibilities for EMEIA and Asia. At NewWorldIQ - a leading eMarketing firm, Aine was VP Worldwide Professional Services.   Prior to NewWorldIQ, she led the M&A opportunities across Europe for Prudential. Aine graduated in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.

Nicky Hartery (Non-Executive Director)

Nicky is currently President & CEO of Prodigium, a high-end consulting company.  Prior to that Nicky served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Business Operations for Dell Inc.'s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Operations from 2000 to 2008.  Before Dell, he was an Executive Vice President at Eastman Kodak and Chief Executive Officer and President at Verbatim Corporation.  Nicky has served as a non-executive director on the Board of CRH plc, the international buildings materials leader, since 2004 and is its Senior Independent Director.  CRH plc is listed on the ISE, LSE and NYSE with a market capitalization of in excess of €10Bn.  CRH employs 93,000 employees in 3,700 locations around the globe.  Nicky has been a Non-Executive Director of Eircom since March 2009.   Eircom is Ireland’s primary telecommunications operator. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland (C.Eng. F.I.E.I.). Nicky is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from University College, Cork in Ireland and holds an MBA from the University College, Galway, in Ireland.

Rory Quirke (Non-Executive Director)

Rory Quirke is a Director of TVC Holdings. He joined the Group at its start-up in 1997 after qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG. Rory was responsible for the Group’s investment in Similarity Systems and for the successful exit in January 2006. He represents the Group on the boards of CR2, LeCayla, LeT Systems, Rococo and The TAS Group. Rory holds bachelor and masters degrees in economics from University College Dublin.

John Tracey (Non-Executive Director)

John Tracey is Chief Executive Office of TVC Holdings .He has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Group since its inception in 1997. In 1989, he moved into venture capital and spent 8 years with ICC Venture Capital where he was investment director. John is an engineer and had previously worked in the semiconductor industry before joining Deloitte as a management consultant. He represents the Group on the boards of Norkom Group plc and Shenick. John is a past chairman of the Irish Venture Capital Association. John holds bachelor and masters degrees in engineering from University College Dublin.  

Wendy Reed (Executive Vice President)

Wendy Reed is Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances, responsible for developing strategic relationships with third parties to extend The TAS Group's solutions and market coverage for our customers.  As the former founder and CEO of InfoMentis, prior to its acquisition by The TAS Group, Wendy was the catalyst for InfoMentis' industry leadership and aggressive approach in delivering programs that provided differentiation in the marketplace and allowed clients to achieve revenue predictability and sustainability.  Starting her career in Information Technology with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Wendy went on to hold sales, marketing and sales management positions with organizations such as MSA (which later became Dun & Bradstreet Software), Viasoft and Clarus, as well as acquiring valuable customer experience during her time with Hayes Microcomputer products.  Wendy is a prominent industry speaker and author of Selling for the Long Run, as well as the recipient of numerous awards and recognition from organizations such as American Business Women’s Association,  Inc. Magazine, Ernst & Young, WIT (Women In Technology), and Catalyst Magazine.  She received a bachelor's degree in computer-based management with a minor in communications from Clarkson University in 1984.
